Product Designer – Innovative Digital Finance Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to join a fast‑moving team that builds cutting‑edge digital products at the crossroads of finance, technology and decentralized systems. Based in Ireland, you will help shape user experiences for next‑generation web and decentralized applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through launch, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and polished visual designs.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business partners to translate complex problems into intuitive solutions.
• Conduct user research, gather insights and define user‑focused strategies that drive meaningful value.
• Apply strong visual design principles across layout, typography, colour and interaction patterns.
• Influence product strategy, improve design consistency and champion a user‑centred approach across the organisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably on consumer‑facing web and mobile products.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of design decisions and collaborate across functions.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture and user‑centred design methodologies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
