Security Onboarding Specialist – Cybersecurity (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

This customer‑facing position supports a global cybersecurity company as it expands its onboarding team after a major product launch. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle of SIEM/MDR onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from kickoff to live operation.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through structured SIEM/MDR onboarding journeys.
• Lead onboarding sessions from kickoff through go‑live.
• Support telemetry migrations and platform enablement.
• Act as a trusted onboarding partner, helping customers understand platform functionality without over‑engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with customers across EMEA, the US, and South Africa.

Required profile

• Previous SOC or cybersecurity operations experience.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, MDR, alerts and core security principles.
• Experience with Microsoft security environments (M365, Entra ID, Defender, etc.).
• Customer‑facing experience with excellent communication skills.
• Confident and organized when leading onboarding discussions.

Required skills

• SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Azure Sentinel, Rapid7, Huntress, Arctic Wolf.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender.
• Knowledge of MDR solutions and alert management.
• Telemetry migration and platform enablement experience.
