Site Foreman – Residential Construction

About the role

We are looking for experienced Site Foremen to lead daily operations on residential construction projects in Dublin. You will take a hands‑on leadership role, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, and driving projects to on‑time, high‑quality completion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead site teams on residential builds.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries and overall site logistics.
• Monitor health & safety standards, enforce SafePass, PPE and site protocols.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction plans.
• Manage site materials, tools and equipment efficiently.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain accurate progress records.
• Liaise with the Site Manager/Project Manager on progress, issues and delays.
• Oversee quality control, carry out snagging and final inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor, preferably on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and Irish building regulations.
• Valid SafePass and Manual Handling certification.
• First Aid certification and CSCS tickets are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
