Team Member – Front‑of‑House (South County Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our new Sprout location in South County Dublin. As the face of the restaurant, you will deliver warm, human interactions and help keep the venue running smoothly. This role offers a chance to learn all aspects of front‑of‑house service while working in a fun, close‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ingredient prep and setting up the service line.
• Operate the till, serve toppings and mixes, and ensure accurate order taking.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming dining environment throughout the shift.
• Follow checklists to guarantee each dish meets quality and presentation standards.
• Support food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Engage with customers, recommend menu items and provide genuine hospitality.

Required profile

• Friendly, polite and kind with a genuine desire to make people smile.
• Motivated, reliable and punctual, willing to take on any task.
• Curious and eager to learn, open to feedback and development.
• Positive energy and a team‑player mindset.
• Good level of English for clear communication with guests and colleagues.

Required skills

• POS till operation.
• Food safety and hygiene awareness.
