Technical Analyst – Enterprise Technology Services

About the role

Apple’s Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is building a new EMEA operational team in Cork to support its global manufacturing data ecosystem. As a Technical Analyst you will be at the intersection of customer experience, data, and operational improvement, helping internal Apple teams and external manufacturing partners make critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of support requests, from problem identification through root‑cause analysis to resolution and documentation.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to diverse audiences, including Apple engineering, operations, and external partners.
• Navigate ambiguous, cross‑functional issues on a large‑scale data platform and drive them forward.
• Identify patterns across incidents to improve platform stability and performance.

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for learning complex supply‑chain systems.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across global teams.
