Telemetry Operational Delivery Technician (Scheduler)

About the role

We are seeking a Telemetry Operational Delivery Technician (Scheduler) to join a leading provider of sustainable water services in Ireland. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, supporting the National Telemetry System (NTS) that underpins the organisation’s water infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Create, track, and resolve ServiceNow tickets from initiation to closure, ensuring clear documentation.
• Provide first‑line support and troubleshooting for NTS users across the company.
• Coordinate with the IT/OT team to apply system patches, updates, and address security issues.
• Manage operational changes to system configurations, graphics, and mimics.
• Document operational processes and maintain system knowledge for training and continuity.
• Promote health and safety practices throughout the business and its supply chain.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT support, business support or a similar technical support role.
• Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Methodical approach to troubleshooting and documentation.
• Experience with ServiceNow is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• National Telemetry System (NTS) operation and configuration.
• System patching and security update coordination (IT/OT environment).

• Permanent contract with a competitive salary range of €50,223‑€62,500 per year.
