About the role

As a Trainee Optical Assistant at Specsavers on Dawson Street, you will help create an outstanding store environment and ensure every patient receives the best possible care. No prior experience is required – the role is designed for proactive, people‑focused individuals who are eager to start a career in optics.

Required profile

Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier
Strong teamwork and initiative
Confidence using IT systems
Excellent communication and listening skills
Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and try new tasks
Openness to feedback and continuous development

What we offer

Full‑time hours – 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
Hourly rate of €14.15
