Digital Marketer – Patient Acquisition & Engagement

About the role

Truly Dental is seeking a Digital Marketer to drive patient acquisition, engagement and retention across its growing network of dental clinics in Ireland. You will own the planning, execution and optimisation of email, website and paid‑media campaigns, turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch and optimise email campaigns, newsletters and automated journeys (welcome, appointment confirmations, treatment follow‑ups).
• Update website content, landing pages and campaign pages, collaborating with designers and developers to improve UX and conversion rates.
• Support marketing initiatives such as Implant Days, Invisalign promotions, new clinic launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta, monitor performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Track and report on digital metrics (traffic, conversions, bookings) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Administer marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dentally or similar) and ensure CRM communication journeys function correctly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in digital marketing, including email and campaign management.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with excellent written communication.
