Protective Services Development Manager

About the role

Securitas Ireland is looking for an experienced Protective Services Development Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality security services across a portfolio of strategic client accounts nationwide. The role focuses on driving profitable growth, developing new business opportunities, and enriching the existing portfolio through active portfolio management and innovative security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, positive relationships with the Branch Operations Manager and collaborate with the commercial team to devise growth strategies.
• Work closely with operating teams to understand client needs, develop relationships, and ensure service excellence.
• Identify potential risks, highlight significant issues, and recommend appropriate solutions in partnership with internal teams.
• Achieve margin accretion by selling a varied mix of protective services and high‑margin business lines.
• Deliver year‑on‑year profitable growth through new business acquisition, upselling, cross‑selling, and transforming current services into intelligent solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer experience and continuously evaluate service provision using a risk‑based approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security services development or a similar business‑development role.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to assess risks and propose efficient service alternatives.
• Commercial mindset focused on profitability, customer retention, and strategic growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations, commercial, and branch teams.
