About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager I will lead all food and beverage operations at our Dublin location, overseeing culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving employee engagement and achieving financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Develop, monitor and control budgets, maintaining a positive cost‑management index for kitchen and restaurant functions.
- Lead, coach and motivate the F&B team, handling staffing, scheduling and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable food and beverage laws, regulations and health‑safety standards.
- Drive guest satisfaction by responding promptly to concerns and upholding brand service culture.
- Prepare financial reports, analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to align F&B initiatives with overall property objectives.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant food and beverage or culinary experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a food and beverage environment.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial planning.
- Ability to work across all F&B areas and step in for team members when needed.
- Excellent communication skills, integrity and a customer‑focused mindset.
