Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (MBB Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to help shape AI training and evaluation environments by translating real consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios. You will work remotely with a team of former strategy consultants to design realistic project contexts for advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments that reflect real‑world dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and related activities.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems that assess AI outputs at scale.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
