AI Trainer – Fluent Lithuanian Speaker

About the role

Prolific is looking for fluent Lithuanian speakers to evaluate AI-generated text and voice snippets. You will help ensure that AI models capture the nuance and naturalness of the Lithuanian language by reviewing and rating audio and written content.

Key responsibilities

• Perform side‑by‑side comparisons of text and voice snippets to assess quality.
• Rate the naturalness of AI‑generated Lithuanian speech.
• Identify tonal, pronunciation, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide contextual feedback on intonation and cultural relevance.
• Tag data with notes on authenticity, tone, and overall quality.

Required profile

• Fluent Lithuanian speaker with everyday language proficiency.
• Strong English skills for following instructions and reporting.
• High attention to detail; linguistics or translation background is a plus.
• Quiet work environment and good quality headphones or speakers.
• PayPal account for receiving payments.
