Civil Site Agent – €75k-85k, Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Agent to lead the delivery of a new pump station and amenity park in Dublin. The project includes sewer, ducting, piling and associated civil works, offering a dynamic environment for a proactive site professional.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate all civil works activities.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Control project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Report progress to senior management and resolve on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of pump stations, sewer systems, ducting and piling works.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
