Commercial Property Surveyor

About the role

The Commercial Property Surveyor will join the growing Commercial Property Team within the Asset Management function of the Land Development Agency. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Property Surveyor, you will help activate and manage commercial, retail, childcare and community spaces across the Agency’s developments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and manage non‑residential assets (commercial, community, amenity) throughout their lifecycle from concept to lease‑up and occupation.
• Develop and implement strategies for use‑planning, design, activation and management of commercial and community spaces to maximise value.
• Work closely with the wider Asset Management team to deliver portfolio objectives.
• Ensure compliance with lease obligations and all relevant planning, building, health‑and‑safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate property databases, leases, site records, safety files, statutory documentation and maps.
