Customer Services Representative (German Speaker)

About the role

Join Marriott International's Cork Customer Experience Centre as a German‑speaking Customer Services Representative. You will assist guests from around the world, handling reservations, loyalty queries and general support across multiple Marriott brands.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming reservation requests and booking modifications via phone, email or chat.
• Provide accurate information on property facilities, services and room options.
• Handle basic loyalty program inquiries and resolve customer issues.
• Apply sales techniques to identify upsell opportunities and maximise revenue.
• Ensure compliance with booking policies, special request rules and case‑management procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Adaptable, able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Interest in developing a career within hospitality and customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reservation and CRM systems (e.g., Marriott’s internal platforms).
