Director, Global Security EMEA Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson, through its DePuy Synthes business, is seeking a Director to lead Global Security for the EMEA region. The role will be based in Zug (Switzerland), Leeds (United Kingdom) or Loughbeg/Ringaskiddy (Ireland) and will become part of DePuy Synthes following the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy for EMEA, aligning with global corporate objectives.
• Lead regional security teams, ensuring consistent implementation of physical security policies and procedures.
• Manage risk assessments, incident response, and crisis management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, works councils, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local security regulations.
• Oversee security budgets, vendor relationships, and technology deployments.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in physical security or related EH&S functions.
• Strong understanding of security regulations and best practices across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in multinational environments.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational change, such as corporate separations.
