Food and Beverage Assistant

About the role

The Address Cork is seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to join its breakfast team. You will support the Food and Beverage supervisor by delivering high‑quality service to guests during the early morning shift while maintaining the venue’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests and customers during the morning breakfast shift, adhering to established service standards and procedures.
• Take food and drink orders and fulfil requests accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, explain dishes confidently, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest’s experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet during the shift and follow deep‑cleaning schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant or food‑and‑beverage customer service environment.
• Availability to work early shifts starting at 6:30 am.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
