Graduate / Junior Recruiter

About the role

LSC is seeking a motivated Graduate or Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Kinsale. You will support the sourcing and placement of talent for leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device projects across Ireland and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top talent using CRM, LinkedIn, AI‑powered search tools, and LSC’s marketing platforms.
• Screen candidates for suitability and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for pharma, biotech, and medical‑device roles.
• Collaborate with account managers to meet client needs and submission timelines.
• Ensure vacancies are accurately advertised and actively managed.
• Support marketing initiatives to grow candidate networks across platforms.
• Deliver recruitment solutions that align with client goals and candidate aspirations.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.

Required profile

• 3rd level qualification in Business, Science, Engineering, or Psychology.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment (preferred).
• Strong interest in the life‑sciences industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered search tools.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms.
• Ability to use sourcing platforms effectively.
