Group Financial Controller – up to €90,000

About the role

The Group Financial Controller will join a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed firm in Dublin 2. Reporting to a senior CFO, you will lead the finance function, mentor a small team and play a key role in post‑acquisition integration across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packs.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and year‑end audit processes.
• Manage and develop a finance team of three professionals.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Oversee integration of newly acquired entities in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with several years of post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience working across the 32 counties of Ireland.
• Excellent communication skills for complex integration projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
