Java Developer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our DataAnnotation team as an AI Trainer. In this remote, flexible position you will create and solve coding challenges that help train state-of-the-art AI models, with a focus on Android development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, especially on Android platforms.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each task.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the improvement of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.

Required skills

• Kotlin (preferred).
• Proficiency in at least one of: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Swift.
• Android development experience.
