Onsite Food Safety & Quality Operations Senior Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Inspector serves as the primary quality liaison for the Operations team, ensuring that all products and processes meet the Manufacturing Control Programme and site quality standards. This onsite position supports continuous improvement through inspections, data trending, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Quality Digital Factory approach by using leading metrics to improve process controls and reduce NRFT and CPMO.
• Perform filling, assembly line, and shipping area inspections to verify compliance with Manufacturing Control Programme mandates.
• Trace and trend manufacturing issues to help identify root causes.
• Log findings to the Quality Wall and Leading Indicators, and present results at WPOA meetings.
• Assist the Quality Inspector Team Lead and Quality Engineers with NRFT and complaint resolution plans.
• Support gap assessments for Fix‑it‑Forever mandates and ensure action‑plan compliance.
• Prepare monthly metrics on leafing performance and close open items on Quality Wall.
• Maintain effective relationships with operators across all areas and adapt to priority changes.

Required profile

• BSc in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
