Outbound Appointment Setter – Staffing Services (Remote)

About the role

This remote position is for an Outbound Appointment Setter focused on staffing and workforce solutions. You will prospect businesses, engage decision‑makers and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to target industries such as construction, manufacturing and warehousing.
• Introduce staffing and workforce services, identify hiring needs and qualify prospects.
• Schedule appointments and provide detailed follow‑up information to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM after each interaction.
• Follow provided scripts, handle basic objections and communicate the value of staffing solutions.
• Support broader business development activities through organized prospect management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting or business development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication.
• Persistence, results‑driven mindset and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (or similar sales tools) for tracking interactions and appointments.
