Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese‑speaking Dyson customers via phone, email and chat.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Utilize Dyson’s internal systems efficiently to process requests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
