Project Manager – Security Systems (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager on a 12‑month contract to lead the delivery of electronic and physical security systems across multiple sites in Ireland. You will act as the primary liaison between the client, design team, and construction crew, ensuring installations meet quality and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the local point of contact for security system installations and FM operations on assigned sites.
• Oversee the delivery and quality of intruder alarm systems, CCTV, access control, fencing, security‑rated doors, and window grille installations.
• Participate in weekly project meetings with the PM, design, and construction teams, both on‑site and via Teams.
• Provide regular updates to client representatives from Security and FM Operations and facilitate decision‑making on design changes.
• Support the preliminary and detailed design stages for mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems related to security projects.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, or technical installation support within construction, engineering, or security systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Comfortable representing the security function in front of operational staff and contractors.
