QA Inspector 2 – Front End Days

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Lot Release QA Inspector 2 to join the Product Testing and Lot Release Department at its new European manufacturing site in Athenry. The position works on a fixed 12‑hour day shift (7 am – 7 pm) following a 4‑on/3‑off – 3‑on/4‑off schedule and is primarily cleanroom‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Review in‑process and final product documentation for correct format, signatures, dating and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Perform in‑process product inspection and testing against specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare, record and update inspection report forms.
• Execute Lot Release transactions in the designated system.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing, Process Engineers and other functions to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance or lot release activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and strict quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
