About the role

We are seeking a Senior Practice Accountant to join our well‑established and growing practice in Limerick. This hands‑on, client‑facing position offers strong exposure to a varied portfolio of SME‑style clients and real responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering high‑quality accounting services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and management reports.
• Support the practice’s modernization initiatives by contributing to system and process improvements.
• Manage workload independently while collaborating with a close‑knit team.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• 3–4 years of experience in an accounting practice.
• Proven experience working directly with SME clients.
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
