Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design you will join Mastercard Foundry’s New Product Development team. The team creates innovative B2B and B2B2C data products, applying user‑centered design to solve complex business challenges for Mastercard’s global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design proof‑of‑concepts and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using human‑centric design principles.
• Define and shape the next generation of data‑driven products, influencing Mastercard’s growth strategy.
• Conduct user research and support technical experiments to validate desirability, usability and feasibility.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers and other experts in rapid design‑test‑redesign cycles.
• Deliver product experiences across web, mobile, voice, dashboards, chatbots and content‑management systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing data‑focused products for B2B or B2B2C markets.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design of digital solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
