Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

About the role

As a Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative you will be the face of the company, delivering products and services to a diverse range of customers across Enniscorthy and Wexford Town. Your day starts and ends at home, giving you flexibility while you ensure timely and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites and deliver all service requests safely and efficiently.
• Install, fit, collect, and exchange units or products as required.
• Provide regular updates to service management on request status and any issues.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and contribute to meeting performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and services supplied.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures.

Required profile

• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
