About the role
LinkedIn is seeking an Account Executive for its Talent Solutions business in the UKI market. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office days, and focuses on outbound prospecting to generate new business and sell corporate hiring and talent development solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and nurture relationships with target companies.
- Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline status with management.
- Consistently close new business at or above quota.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights.
- Coach colleagues, contribute to best‑practice documentation, and support cross‑functional initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- Business fluency in English.
- At least 1 year of experience closing sales.
- Experience selling HR‑tech or recruitment solutions.
Required skills
- Experience with SaaS sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or Dynamics CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
