Team Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Primark is looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead a section of its Blanchardstown store. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to oversee daily store operations.
• Manage an allocated department, including commercial planning, stock control, planograms and visual merchandising.
• Supervise till areas and fitting rooms as needed.
• Organise and assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver a high‑quality store environment and optimise sales.
• Utilise digital learning resources to develop personal and team capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on performance and talent development.
• Ability to build strong relationships and enhance employee well‑being.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
