About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong FMCG background to become the central point of contact for key client accounts. You will ensure that KPIs and SLAs are consistently met while supporting a dynamic field sales team and fostering a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts in the FMCG sector.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and SLA performance.
- Support and coordinate the field sales team to achieve targets.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Prepare and deliver data-driven client reports.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in account management, field sales support, or commercial operations within FMCG (brand owner, distributor, agency, or outsourced sales).
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on relationship building.
- Enjoys people management, coaching, and team development.
- Comfortable tracking KPIs, managing SLAs, and handling client reporting.
