About the role
The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage will support the overall operation of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and financial performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help create a motivated team environment and uphold the brand’s service culture.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily food and beverage operations, monitoring service quality and guest feedback.
- Coach and motivate staff, addressing employee concerns promptly.
- Handle guest complaints, taking ownership until resolution and following up for satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with corporate accounting procedures and support annual quality audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed financial goals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with 1 year of experience.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, confidence, and enthusiasm.
