About the role
The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage will support the overall operation of food and beverage services at a Marriott hotel in Dublin. This full‑time position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily food and beverage operations, fostering a motivated and collaborative team environment.
- Provide coaching, empowerment, and continuous improvement initiatives for staff.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns, own the resolution process, and ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold the brand’s service culture and set clear service expectations for both guests and employees.
- Maintain compliance with corporate accounting procedures and support the General Manager with the annual quality audit.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least three years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or a related field, OR
- A two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline with at least one year of relevant experience.
