Bilingual Customer Success Manager (French) – EMEA

About the role

Keeper is looking for a driven, bilingual (French) Customer Success Manager to join its fast‑growing cybersecurity team. Based in Ireland, you will work with an established client base across the EMEA region, helping customers maximise the value of Keeper’s security solutions while expanding revenue through renewals, cross‑sells and upsells.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for the SMB cohort.
• Communicate fluently with French‑speaking customers, both written and verbal.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior and C‑level contacts.
• Negotiate contract renewals, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct technical and Quarterly Business Reviews to set business and technical goals.
• Present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.
• Advise customers on best practices for password and credential security.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to deliver consistent value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• Permanent residence in Ireland.
• Bilingual French/English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience selling cybersecurity or SaaS solutions to SME and enterprise accounts.
• Strong ability to identify new business and expansion opportunities within named accounts.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a supportive yet autonomous environment.
