About the role
Elis is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its Pest Control team in Dublin. This field‑based position focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout Dublin.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong account and pipeline management abilities.
- Confidence engaging with large businesses and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Full clean driving licence and ability to work independently.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office competency.
