About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDR) to lead a high‑performing team focused on the French market. Based in Dublin, you will drive prospecting, pipeline creation, and revenue generation across France, supporting the company’s AI‑driven CRM strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) targeting the France territory.
  • Develop BDRs into sales‑ready candidates for future Account Executive roles.
  • Set and monitor monthly metrics, coaching the team to exceed objectives.
  • Report lead quantity, quality, and revenue outcomes to Sales Managers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow‑up and reporting.
  • Work with Operations to recommend process improvements.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to boost efficiency and productivity.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably CRM or enterprise applications.
  • Track record of exceeding individual sales quotas.
  • Previous success coaching or managing a sales team.
  • Strong passion for building diverse, high‑performing teams.
