About the role
Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDR) to lead a high‑performing team focused on the French market. Based in Dublin, you will drive prospecting, pipeline creation, and revenue generation across France, supporting the company’s AI‑driven CRM strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) targeting the France territory.
- Develop BDRs into sales‑ready candidates for future Account Executive roles.
- Set and monitor monthly metrics, coaching the team to exceed objectives.
- Report lead quantity, quality, and revenue outcomes to Sales Managers.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow‑up and reporting.
- Work with Operations to recommend process improvements.
- Identify and act on opportunities to boost efficiency and productivity.
Required profile
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably CRM or enterprise applications.
- Track record of exceeding individual sales quotas.
- Previous success coaching or managing a sales team.
- Strong passion for building diverse, high‑performing teams.
