About the role
Alkimii is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join its Growth team. You will be at the front of the sales engine, identifying and engaging potential customers across the UK and Ireland, and building a pipeline that fuels the company’s rapid SaaS growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts in the UK and Ireland.
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn and social selling to book high‑quality meetings for Senior Account Executives.
- Run initial discovery conversations, qualify prospects against the ideal customer profile, and hand over qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot, track calls, emails and meetings against weekly targets.
- Collaborate with Senior Account Executives on deal strategy and with Marketing on inbound leads.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development or a customer‑facing role.
- Enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and meeting clear activity targets.
- Organised, able to manage a personal pipeline and take ownership of results.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities.
Required skills
- HubSpot (CRM) proficiency.
