About the role
The Chief People Officer (CPO) will shape and execute Resilience Healthcare’s people strategy, driving cultural, talent and digital transformation across a regulated 24/7 care environment. Reporting to the CEO, the CPO will ensure that people, technology and data work together to improve performance, safety and patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver a comprehensive people strategy covering talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, development, engagement, reward and organisational design.
- Build leadership capability using Broadlake development tools and maintain a clear employer value proposition.
- Own the People Digital Transformation roadmap, overseeing HR systems, workforce data, adoption, training and measurable value creation.
- Establish an AI‑enabled workforce approach that is safe, governed and supports human oversight.
- Implement governance, risk and compliance policies for people practices, system access and data/AI risks.
- Embed a rigorous operating rhythm with SMART metrics, clear accountabilities and regular reporting.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in human resources, preferably within a regulated, high‑intensity sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead digital and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance related to people data and AI.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of building high‑performing, values‑led organisations.
