Client Solutions Executive

About the role

Archer is seeking a motivated Client Solutions Executive to join its fast‑paced recruitment team. In this commercial, relationship‑driven position you will generate new business, manage client relationships and directly influence your earnings through performance‑based commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective client organisations through outbound calls and networking.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and placement.
• Maintain a personal pipeline and track performance metrics against targets.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and mentors to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in a call‑centre, customer service, sales or other client‑facing role.
• Competitive, target‑driven mindset with a strong desire for progression and high earnings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable speaking with people daily.
• Eligibility to work in the EU (EU passport or Stamp 4 visa).
