National Account Manager – Ireland

About the role
The Bakehouse is seeking a National Account Manager for Ireland to drive growth of both its own‑brand biscuit range and its own‑label business. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will manage key retail partners across grocery, discounters, convenience, impulse and food‑service channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Ireland retail business, covering major partners and all channel types.
- Develop and execute annual growth plans with customers, taking full P&L responsibility.
- Win new business, launch innovations and ensure best‑in‑class execution.
- Represent the company at trade events in Ireland and internationally.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams – marketing, supply chain, operations, sales and technical.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in national or key account management within the food or consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing P&L.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with retailers and trade partners.
