Clinical Nurse Manager – Part‑time (30 hrs/week)

About the role

The Clinical Nurse Manager will work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain a consistently high standard of care for residents at Woodlands House Nursing Home in Navan. This is a part‑time position, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality of care in line with HIQA regulations.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of care and nursing staff.
• Coordinate resident activities and daily routines.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Enthusiastic, motivated and resident‑focused.
• Strong decision‑making ability.
• Experience in caring for the elderly.
