About the role

Join Hickey's Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor in Navan, working part‑time on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional advice and ensuring a high‑quality pharmacy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting loyalty.
• Drive retail sales through link‑selling, promotion advice and product recommendations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and support inventory management.
• Perform cash handling and management duties accurately and securely.
• Uphold merchandising standards to keep the pharmacy presented at its best.
• Support customers with healthcare queries, tailoring conversations to their needs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑engagement skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy team members.
• Good product knowledge, especially in over‑the‑counter items; skin‑care interest is a plus.
