Commercial Director – Europe Out‑of‑Home FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to lead the Total Out‑of‑Home channel strategy for Europe within a global FMCG drinks business. The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days per week in our Dublin office and regular international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑market customer partnership strategies.
• Deliver ambitious growth targets across out‑of‑home channels.
• Drive transformational initiatives in talent, digitalisation, portfolio, marketing and route‑to‑market excellence.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to accelerate growth and unlock new opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong background in the drinks sector with proven experience managing Out‑of‑Home channels through distributor networks.
• Demonstrated ability to define commercial strategy, lead large‑scale initiatives and manage high‑performing teams.
• Broad commercial leadership across multiple channels, accountable for growth and business performance.
• Global mindset with experience operating across international markets and diverse cultures.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.

• Salary range £120,000 – £150,000 per year plus generous bonus and car allowance.
