Construction Project / Contracts Manager – €5M‑50M Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project / Contracts Manager to lead large‑scale retail and commercial builds across the west of Ireland. You will own the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning through to hand‑over, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction stage plans from pre‑construction through to site execution.
• Lead progress meetings, track actions and ensure alignment between design, project teams and subcontractors.
• Produce and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Monitor health and safety compliance in line with company policies and Irish regulations.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, resolve critical issues and drive project performance.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects valued between €5M and €50M.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Contracts/Project Manager on large construction projects.
• Experience in retail or commercial construction is preferred.
• Third‑level qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Full Irish driving licence.
