Content Moderator – French Market

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French speaker to join our Dublin‑based team as a Content Moderator for the French market. You will help maintain the safety and integrity of a large‑scale digital platform by reviewing user‑generated content and ads against community standards and advertiser policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review posts, videos, and advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Identify emerging trends in the French market and share actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine policies, tools, and processes.
• Support quality audits and assist vendor teams in improving accuracy.
• Contribute to projects involving AI, large language models, quality measurement, and policy development.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Experience with graphic content and child‑safety considerations.
• Background in content moderation, quality assurance, trust & safety, or policy review (early‑career candidates welcome).
• Ability to handle sensitive content with emotional resilience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; capable of working independently.
• Completed degree or equivalent practical experience.
