Retail Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to support the training and evaluation of AI chatbots. The role is fully remote and allows you to work on a flexible schedule, choosing the projects that best match your interests.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure progress of chatbot models and evaluate their logical consistency.
• Identify and resolve issues to improve model quality and performance.
• Provide detailed feedback on correctness, style, and brand voice.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor.
• Preference for a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree, though not mandatory.
• Residency in Ireland.
