Contract Manager – Offshore Interconnector Project (EU Travel Required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to support the delivery of a major offshore interconnector project. The role involves commercial and contractual oversight of complex engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts under FIDIC and bespoke project agreements.
• Assess contractual risks and opportunities and lead change management processes.
• Evaluate claims and variations, supporting dispute avoidance and resolution.
• Ensure contractual compliance across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project, commercial, legal, and technical teams to protect project interests.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing contracts on large‑scale infrastructure, energy, offshore or transmission projects.
• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contract forms, contract administration, claims management and change control.
• Ability to apply sound commercial judgment and logical problem‑solving to complex contractual issues.
• Experience working with international contractors, suppliers and joint‑venture partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Law, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
