Contracts Manager – Multi‑Site Residential Projects

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Irish developer renowned for high‑quality residential apartment projects. The Contracts Manager will lead the delivery of multiple multi‑site apartment developments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of several residential apartment developments from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain safe and efficient site operations.
• Implement and monitor robust project management processes across all sites.
• Provide strategic leadership, fostering collaboration and accountability within the team.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role on multi‑site residential apartment developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly for high‑density residential projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
