Customer Care Representative – Motor Fleet (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Operations Team in the motor fleet industry. The role will be the primary point of contact for drivers and customers, handling bookings, queries and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to driver and customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate and schedule services, repairs and appointments.
• Provide regular updates on service progress and status.
• Liaise with garages, suppliers and third‑party providers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate internal records and operational documentation.
• Support the Operations Team to keep vehicles and services running efficiently.
• Resolve issues promptly with a customer‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, retail, administration or similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills, confident handling phone calls, emails and internal systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive team player with a flexible, can‑do attitude.
• Experience in the automotive, fleet or service industry is a plus but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with internal CRM or booking systems.

• Salary €32,000‑€36,000 per year plus a guaranteed €5,000 yearly bonus.
• Hybrid work model – 3‑4 days onsite in Sandyford/Leopardstown and 1‑2 days remote.
