Customer Service Agent – Irish Brand Homes

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent you will be the front‑line ambassador for Irish Brand Homes, handling enquiries and bookings for the Guinness Storehouse, Guinness Open Gate Brewery, Roe & Co Distillery and Smithwick’s Experience. You will ensure a seamless, digital‑first experience from the first contact through post‑visit follow‑up, while supporting ticketing operations and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly service across phone, email, web and social channels.
• Assist customers with bookings, providing accurate and up‑to‑date information.
• Resolve enquiries and feedback efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM and ticketing processes.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth booking delivery.
• Manage B2B and internal ticketing requests, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment such as hospitality, tourism or reservations.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email and digital channels.
• Proven ability to handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Confidence using CRM systems or booking/ticketing platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer‑first mindset.
